These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ash777 ("ash777", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ash777 website located at https://ash777.app and all associated services, products, games, features, and content (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, participating in any game, or placing any bet, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Registration Requirements

KYC — Know Your Customer

Account Security

Deposit Rules

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.

Casino Games

ash777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ash777 reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• The player's account has been involved in suspicious activity, including but not limited to suspected money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools described in Section 9.
• ash777 is required to do so by law, regulation, or court order.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, ash777 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings held in the account at the time of closure. Real-money balances deposited by the player (excluding any amounts derived from bonus funds or under investigation for fraudulent activity) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after the completion of any applicable AML review.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

Limitation of Liability

ash777's total liability to you in connection with any cause of action arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall ash777 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Force Majeure

ash777 is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond ash777's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet infrastructure outages, cyber-attacks, or failures of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

ash777 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice to players. The revised Terms will be published at https://ash777.app/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date prominently displayed at the top of the page.

Where ash777 considers a change to be material — for example, a change that significantly affects player rights, withdrawal procedures, or bonus terms — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a notice displayed upon next login. Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and ash777, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the ash777 support team at [email protected]. Most disputes — including those relating to bet settlement, bonus crediting, payment processing, and account access — can be resolved at this stage within 48 hours.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 7 business days of your initial contact, you may escalate the dispute by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". ash777 will acknowledge formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days.

ash777's decisions on all matters of game outcome, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account action are final and binding, except where ash777 determines in its sole discretion to review such a decision on receipt of compelling new evidence submitted as part of the formal complaint process.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the ash777 Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms applicable to active bonus offers, constitute the entire agreement between you and ash777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
